This is a Great dumbbell bench at eighteen inches tall in the flat position it only gets lower from there, making dumbbells easy to reach. Comfortable seat and seat back use 2" thick, high density foam, covered in black vinyl with upholstered back covers. The BodyCraft F320 Bench accepts both the Model F610 Arm Curl and F611 Leg Extension/Curl attachment options.   Features Lifetime Warranty on all parts: For as long as you own the bench BodyCraft will replace any parts that fail under warranty
