BodyCraft F430 Power Rack - Power Cage

BodyCraft manufactures an excellent value, comprehensive line of gyms and free weight stations. The BodyCraft F430 Power Rack - Power Cage is built for both Light Commercial and Residential use. It is designed for people who know how to push their body to the limit.

The rugged construction and easy adjustments allow your workouts to be enjoyable and quick. Adjustable Spotter Arms with spring pin adjustments are included to allow for safe solo workouts. Just be sure to set the spotters slightly higher than your current bench position and you always have the room to get out from under your weights when they are resting on the spotters.

Convenient Bar Catches with spring pin adjustments allow you to rest the bar at any setting - choose from over 2 dozen pre-set positions.

A Chin Up bar at the front of the Power Cage allows for a variety of positions for pull up's as well as providing an area to hang with either inversion boots for back stretching etc. or abdominal straps for leg raises and lifts.

The BodyCraft F430 Power Rack will also accept a plate ready lat pulldown option - this can be further enhanced by adding a 200lb selectorized weight stack. If you need to lift more weight than this, simply keep the plate carriage as the top plate for the weight stack and add your weights to it. This allows for a flexibility and maximum weight capability not found on other power racks.
