The Landice Institutional series - LTD, is designed for facilities where usage is less than five hours per day. The Landice L8 LTD treadmill series is the second part of the Landice range (which includes the L-7LTD and L-9 CLUB Series') and offers an economical solution to limited use applications without compromising features or reliability.

The Landice LTD series is comprised of two different platforms - the Landice L7 and the Landice L8 series. The Landice L8 is both longer and wider, and therefore heavier, than the Landice L7 LTD series. Please note we do also carry the Landice L9 Club series for heavier use and dues paying facilities.

The Landice L8 LTD series is an outstanding value - it provides you with industry leading Full Health Club quality treadmill specifications, but at the price of a light commercial unit. Perfect where serious runners or taller / heavier users are present.

Any of these 3 consoles can be attached to either the L7 or L8 platform to create the perfect Landice treadmill for your particular application. All Landice treadmills are built on a rust free aluminum frame - perfect for high use environments where sweat and other liquids will work to corrode and rust steel.

The Landice L8 LTD Pro Sports Trainer (PST) features the basic console which includes (3) preset profiles and an Interval training program. There is no window which shows program profiles. Feedback features are time, speed, distance, elevation, calories, calories per hour and pace all displayed in two bright, easy to read LCD display windows. The L7 LTD PST also includes a built in reading rack with accessory and drink holder. A tethered safety key provides security and confidence for users - once the key is removed the treadmill automatically shuts down. If the key is not on the console, the treadmill cannot be activated. 

The 4-ply maintenance free walking belt measures a massive 22" x 63" and is powered by a powerful 3HP drive motor that goes up to 11MPH. Elevation is completed with a 1000lb thrust motor that has a range of 0-15% elevation. Front and rear rollers measure a huge 3.5" in diameter. Impact is absorbed by Landice's own VFX (Variable Flex) system, which sits underneath the deck and is improved for 2006 with a 25% softer feel than the previous version.
