This Spri Plyo Box is 6" high, steel construction plyo boxes with durable non-skid rubber surfaces.

 

Plyo Boxes are used in plyometrics training to produce fast, powerful movements to improve the functions of the nervous system and to improved strenght, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to jump higher, throw farther or hit harder, depending on the desired training goal.

Wide base and angled construction of the Spri Plyo Box prevents tipping.

Boxes are stackable for convenient storage.
