Operation Fit to Fight DVD Set is boot camp military style!

START stands for Strategic Army Training.

This 3-DVD set is taught a former Army Staff Sergeant, Ken Weichert, who served as an Army Master Fitness Trainer.

Ken is not your stereotypical boot camp trainer, though -- he gives excellent form tips and explains the purpose of each exercise.

You'll do calisthenic-type exercises, including pushups, jacks, jogs, ab work, and more.

Start Fitness: Operation Fit to Fight DVD #1 is Basic Training: Operation Wake-Up Call (30 minutes).

Start Fitness: Operation Fit to Fight DVD #2 is Intermediate Training: Operation Double Time (47 minutes).

Start Fitness: Operation Fit to Fight DVD #3 is Advanced Training: Operation Fit to Fight (52 minutes). Each DVD gets progressively harder.
