The included Gyrotonic Golf Workout instructional video first takes you through a full body workout highlighting exercises that target stretching and strengthening muscles, joints, and connective tissue you use when playing golf.

Add the Golf Club Accessory to specifically work on your swing with the resistance needed to feel and maintain the proper position. You'll practice the take away exercise (to develop a smooth backswing), coiling (to build power for the downswing), arm drop (to bring that power into the downswing), transfer (to balance through the weight shift), finish (to maintain balance through the follow through), and wrist rolls (to give more wrist snap to generate more power).
